Pastor Brian Webster was born on March 16, 1966 in Louisville, KY to the beloved Pauline Webster and Walter J. Rhodes. He accepted Christ at the age of 6 and was baptized under the pastorate of Rev. Dr. Charles Elliott, Jr. at King Solomon Missionary Baptist Church in Louisville. He

Pastor Brian Webster was born on March 16, 1966 in Louisville, KY to the beloved Pauline Webster and Walter J. Rhodes. He accepted Christ at the age of 6 and was baptized under the pastorate of Rev. Dr. Charles Elliott, Jr. at King Solomon Missionary Baptist Church in Louisville. He resided there until moving to Lebanon, TN in 1991.
In 1996, Reverend Webster rededicated his life to Christ under the leadership of Pastor Raymond Burns of Bairds Grove Missionary Baptist Church in Lebanon. While there, he was ordained as a Deacon and served as Sunday School Superintendent. He accepted his call to ministry in November 1998 and in April 2000 preached his first sermon and was licensed in the gospel ministry. He served as an Associate and Youth Minister.
Reverend Webster later moved his membership to Mount Hopewell Missionary Baptist Church, Nashville, TN under the leadership of Pastor Clinton M. Lewis, Sr. He served as an Associate Minister, Bible Institute Instructor, President of the Singles Ministry, S.W.A.T. (Soul Winning Action Team) Ministry, Male Chorus and Men of Issachar Miniseries while there. Reverend Webster was ordained October 7, 2009.
Currently, he serves as the proud Pastor of Edgefield Missionary Baptist Church, Clarksville, TN. Under his anointed leadership Edgefield M.B.C has grown spiritually, membership has increased, new ministries have been birthed while others have been restructured and numerous beautification projects have been completed.
Pastor Webster served as Vice President of Cumberland River South Kentucky Middle Tennessee Baptist District Association Pastor’s Conference. He also served as Financial Secretary and Chairman of the Resolution Committee and currently serves as Dean of the Congress of Christian Work for the Missionary Baptist State Convention of TN.
In 2011, Pastor Webster received recognition from the Gospel Music City Awards (GMCA) as a nominee for Clarksville’s New Pastor of the Year. In 2013, he was the recipient of the Trailblazer of the Year Award for Clarksville, TN from GMCA.
Pastor Webster attended Emmanuel Bible College and American Baptist College both in Nashville, TN where he graduated with a Bachelor of Art’s Degree in Theological Studies with a focus in Pastoral Care. He received the Who’s Who Among Students In American Universities and Colleges in 2014. He is a graduate of Vanderbilt University Divinity School where he received his Master of Divinity Degree. He is also, a Staff Chaplain at Ascension Saint Thomas Rutherford in Murfreesboro, TN.
Pastor Webster and his lovely wife Mechelle are the proud parents of six children and have also been blessed with four granddaughters.
Mechelle Webster is the proud, dedicated, and supportive wife of our pastor, Reverend Brian Webster. Lady Webster received a Cosmetology diploma (Volunteer Beauty Academy) in 1997 and was a hairstylist in the Nashville, TN, area for over 14 years. She was also the proud owner of Mechelle’s Hair Studio for nine years. Her academic achievem
Mechelle Webster is the proud, dedicated, and supportive wife of our pastor, Reverend Brian Webster. Currently, she is pursuing a BS in Business Administration (Trevecca Nazarene University).
Lady Mechelle serves as Board Treasurer for Greater Works Ministry TNT. This ministry focuses on" extending spiritual experience beyond the walls of the church to teach spiritual development to clergy and spiritual leaders seeking to do greater works for those broken in spirit."
As Edgefield's Leading Lady, Lady Mechelle - as she is affectionately called - has served in various ministries. Currently, she serves in our Third Saturday Feeding ministry, she leads our video and audio live streaming ministry, and she serves as an usher.
